Psychotherapy

Traditional psychotherapy services, which include behavioral strategies to deal with life situations, cognitive therapy to address thought processes, relaxation techniques, relationship counseling, goal setting and achievement, etc. are utilized to assist with life challenges, and psychological disorders.

Sometimes talk therapy, and strategy planning, is extremely helpful.  However, some people find that even with good therapy, their internal state is not shifted to a comfortable state, or that their external responses to people and situations have not been able to change.

Holistic, integrative mind/body methods are also available to improve emotional health, and deal with life challenges.  The techniques facilitate the nervous system to be healthier, assisting clients to live comfortably, healthfully, and well.

Issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional distress, fears, phobias, compulsions, OCD, obsessions, relationship issues, marriage and family issues, addictions, issues with food, codependence, ADD, ADHD, school failure,  autism, Asperger's Syndrome, conflicts with people, social phobia, physical pain, weight issues, IBS, sleep disturbance, behavior issues, grief and loss, etc. can be relieved through these very effective methods.
